Terms of use
By checking in through Line MeIn you agree to these terms.
What Line MeIn does
Line MeIn helps you find a salon near you, join its queue online and see an estimated waiting time. The salon provides the service, sets its own prices and decides the order of the queue; we are not the service provider.
Waiting times are estimates
Times shown are tentative and can change if a service takes longer, a guest ahead of you is late, or a stylist is unavailable. Your preferred stylist is a request, not a guarantee.
Checking in for others
You may add family or friends to your check-in. By doing so you confirm they agree to their name being shared with the salon.
Verifying your number
Some salons ask for a one-time code before your place is confirmed. Keep the mobile number on your check-in reachable so the salon can call you.
Your responsibilities
- Give correct details, including a mobile number you can be reached on.
- Reach the salon around your tentative time. If you are late, use “I'm running late” or cancel so someone else can take the slot.
- Do not make fake, duplicate or repeated check-ins.
Cancellations and no-shows
You can cancel a waiting check-in any time from your ticket page. Once the salon starts your service, please call the salon instead. Repeated no-shows may lead us to block further check-ins.
Payments
Checking in is free for customers — you pay the salon directly for your service. Salons pay us a monthly licence fee, billed online through Razorpay, with invoices and credit notes available in their console.
Reviews
You may rate and review a visit you actually completed. We may remove reviews that contain abuse, personal information or spam.
Accounts
You are responsible for the email address and mobile number on your account. You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Line MeIn running, but the app may occasionally be unavailable. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing or timing of the service the salon gives you — please take that up with the salon.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the app grows; continued use means you accept the updated terms. These terms follow Indian law, with courts in Thane, Maharashtra having jurisdiction. Questions? See our contact page.
